WHO WE ARE. OUR MISSION
The Coalition for Housing Accessibility, Needs, Choices and Equality (CHANCE Housing) helps adults and children with intellectual, cognitive, and developmental disabilities find and maintain affordable, accessible community-based housing. Assists people in ways that ensure they have fair and equal access to our community’s existing affordable housing resources. Works to keep Santa Barbara a community that has a variety of housing types to meet the diverse and evolving housing needs and preferences of people/families with intellectual, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.
